Major League Baseball Player. He played Major League baseball as an infielder for four seasons (1923, 1935 to 1927), each one with a different team (Pittsburgh Pirates in 1923, Washington Senators in 1925, New York Yankees in 1926, and St. Louis Browns in 1927). Although his brief Major League career totaled only 180 games and 395 at-bats, he was part of two World Series teams. In 1925 he appeared in 63 games for the American League Pennant winning Senators, and played in two World Series games that year (which saw the Pirates defeat the Senators 4 games to 2). The next year he was an utility infielder for the Yankees, and played in 26 regular season games as the Yankees took the AL Pennant.
