American Actress. Goldberg, who attended Amherst College and graduated in 1996 with a BS in microbiology, decided to pursue her dreams of acting instead. She got her start after appearing as an extra in the 1997 film ‘My Best Friend’s Wedding’. Shortly thereafter, she moved to California and appeared in several commercials and television shows, including ‘House’, ‘CSI’ and ‘Time of Your Life’, but it wasn’t until she landed the role of Sarah on ‘7th Heaven’ that she found success, appearing regularly on the series from 2002 to 2006. Among other TV shows she appeared in were ‘Without a Trace’, ‘In Plain Sight’ and ‘The Beast’ and had recurring roles on ‘Judging Amy’ and ‘90210’. Her film credits include ‘Ivansxtc’ (2000), ‘Traffic’ (2000), ‘Training Day’ (2001) and ‘Jurassic Park III’ (2001). Golberg died in her sleep of a suspected heart ailment. (bio by: Louis M.)
