Character actor in radio, movie and television.  During the 1940s and 50s, he was the voice of ‘Dexter’ on the NBC radio show, “Meet Corliss Archer.” In movies, he had played opposite the likes of John Wayne and Gregory Peck.  He did over 30 years of work on television, most notably as the banker on “Little House on the Prairie.” (bio by: Randy Sidebottom)
