Actor. He was the older brother of fellow actor Jack Carson. He appeared in 185 titles including TV series “Here’s Lucy”, “Green Acres”, “Petticoat Junction”, “The Lucy Show”, “Bonanza”, “Mister Ed”, “Maverick”, “Cheyenne”, “The Lone Ranger”, and “Perry Mason” among numerous others. He also appeared in the movies “The Buccaneer” (1961), “Sweet Smell of Success” (1957), “The Greatest Show on Earth” (1952) with Charlton Heston and “Battle Circus” (1953) with Humphrey Bogart.
