Cacho Espíndola was born in 1940 in Buenos Aires, Argentina as Oscar Alberto Espíndola Rossi. He was an actor, known for Verdad consecuencia (1996), Nights Without Moons and Suns (1984) and Un mundo de veinte asientos (1978). He died on August 21, 2004 in Buenos Aires.

Argentine comic actor with extensive experience in film, theater and television. His uncle was the acclaimed first actor Raúl Rossi .

Cacho Espíndola was a popular Argentine supporting actor who, started on the big screen, knew how to perfectly support figures such as Guillermo Francella , Juan Carlos Calabró , Alberto Olmedo , Susana Giménez , Ricardo Espalter , Ernesto Bianco , among many others. He achieved a distinctly Buenos Aires humorous style to gain popularity with several very successful characters, especially through television, a place that earned him a Martín Fierro Award in 1990 . 1

His debut on the big screen united him with director José Martínez Suárez , who over time adopted him as one of his favorite supporting actors.

He also worked as a publicity actor doing the commercial for caloventor “Aurora”.

One of his last performances was in the television series Los simuladores , in chapter 10 – “Los unpresentables” -, where he played “Óscar”, a foul-mouthed man with terrible manners, this being the interpretation for which he is more known to the youth audience.
