Oliver Clarence

Actor. Popular British stage and screen figure, he was more commonly known as “O.B. Clarence”. He appeared in many film productions from the early part of the 20th century through to the 1940s. Amongst his movies are “A Shot in the Dark” (1933), “Pygmalion”(1938), “Jamaica Inn”(1935), “Old Mother Riley in Business”(1941) and “Great Expectations” (1946). (bio by: Kieran Smith)
