Actress. She became a screen actress after answering an advertisement placed by Thomas Ince, calling for exotic-looking girls to play “Indian maidens.” Using the stage name ‘Princess Mona Darkfeather’ she appeared in some seventy short and full-length films between 1909 and 1917, probably best remembered as ‘Kalem’ in “The Vanishing Tribe” 1914).
