Actress. Best known for her performances in the Australian mini series Anzacs (1985), Return to Eden (1986) and her role as Alice Sullivan in the Australian TV series the “Sullivans” (1976). Her first major role occurred in 1974 in the Australian soap opera “Class of 74.” Her other notable acting credits include “All at Sea” (1977), “Supersleuth” (1984), “Lethal Impact” (1991) and “Nightmare Man” (1999). She was the recipient of the Silver Logie Award as Best Actress for her work in Anzacs, the Australian equivalent of a U.S. Emmy for work in television. She dated Cold Chisel’s singer/guitarist Ian Moss for 12 years.She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997. After successfully surviving the disease she suffered a recurrence of the disease in 1999.
