Marie Cahill (Marie Cahill)
Actress. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was a popular stage comedienne in touring companies, making her musical debut in Broadway’s “A Tin Soldier” in 1889. She went on to appear in over twenty Broadway musicals before casting for silent films in 1916. Her most noted movie credits include “Gladys’ Day Dreams” (1917), “Judy Forget” (1917) and “The Palace” (1919). (bio by: John “J-Cat” Griffith)
