Margaluz (Margaluz Margaluz)
Actress and Singer. She was born and died in Palma de Mallorca (Mallorca, Islas Baleares, Spain). She began her career in Argentina, where she moved with her parents in 1942, studying dance and music. When she returned to Spain, in 1954, she worked as dancer around Europe. Also, due to her beauty, she was named Miss Baleares in 1961. Between 1965 and 1970, she joined the musical group Els Valldemossa, and later she continued her career as soloist. In the 60s, she began her career as actress, becoming one of the ladies of the spanish stage, along with the director Xesc Forteza, appearing in Ninette i un Senyor de Mallorca, Sopar per a Dos, Orquestrina de Senyoretes, Majòrica 81, Espectacle Fo and Ses Presidentes. On cinema, she is remembered in El Amor que Yo te Dí and Búsqueme esa Chica. According the newspapers, she was cremated in Cementeri de Son Valentí in the strictly intimacy.
