Actor. He was a prominent actor in both cinema and television where he became one of the most popular faces for Egyptian households. He got his start in the acting profession, acting in both radio shows and children’s television programs.  He would get his first break by being cast in the television series “El-ganna Wal-Azraa”.   From there he would go on to films with such credits as “Romantica” (1996), “Batal min wara”k (1988) and “Al-Hob Fi Taba” (1992).   His television work also included “Seyaam Seyaam”, “Akhou El-banat”, “El-Hob w Aashya Okhra”, “Layali El-Helmiya” and “Khalty Safeyya wal-Deir”.   He was still working in television at the time of his passing.
