Lise Delamare (Lise Delamare)
Actress. Born in Colombes, France, her performing career spanned more than 50 years. Delamare appeared in classic plays such as “Une Nuit d’Automne,” “Madame Sans-Gêne,” “Cyrano de Bergerac,” “Un Caprice,” “La Machine à Ecrire,” “Dialogues de Carmelites,” “La Folle de Chaillot”, and “Le Misanthrope.” On screen, she is best remembered in “Les Précieuses Ridicules” (1934), “La Marseilleise” (1938), “La Symphonie Fantastique” (1942), “Le Père Goriot” (1945), “Lola Montés” (1955), “Les Démons de Minuit” (1961), and “Baxter” (1989).
