Lilli Palmer (Lilli Palmer)
Actress. Born Lilli Marie Peiser in Poznan, Germany, she made her screen debut in the British film ”Crime Unlimited”(1935). In 1945, she married actor Rex Harrison, moved to Hollywood and appeared on Broadway in the play ”Bell, Book and Candle”, where she co-starred with Harrison. For feature films, she was most noted for staring in ”Cloak and Dagger” (1946), “Body and Soul” (1947), “The Long Dark Hall” (1951) and ”The Four Poster”(1952). She also had her own TV series “The Lilli Palmer Show” in 1953.
