Jean Del Val

Actor. A veteran Frence performer for more then five decades, he appeared in over 100 films. He began his career in the silent film era making his big screen debut in “Fortunes of Fifi” (1917), followed by “Hearts Desire” (1917). Some of his most memorable movies included “Sea Legs” (1930), “The Flying Deuces” (1939), “The Secret of St. Ives” (1949), “The 49th Man” (1953), “Funny Face” (1957) and “Fantastic Voyage” (1966). His many television credits included “Bonanza”, “Combat”, “The Bob Cummings Show”, “I Spy” and “Mission: Impossible”. He died of a heart attack at age 83. (bio by: John “J-Cat” Griffith)
