Frederick Combs (Frederick Combs)
Actor. Born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Frederick Combs trained at the Barter Theater in Abingdon, Virginia and made his acting debut on Broadway in the play “A Taste of Honey” in 1961. He was a member of the Broadway cast on a national tour of the 1968, production of “The Boys in the Band” and was featured in the movie version of “The Boys in the Band” in 1970. His other film credit was “Mad Marien’s Last Year” (1971). For television, he appeared on the series “The Defenders”, “The Wild, Wild, West”, also in the TV movies “The Users” (1978), “Another Woman’s Child” (1983) and “David” (1988).
