Faye Margaret Emerson

Actress, Television Personality. She was born in Elizabeth, Louisiana. She began her career in the 40s on cinema in films such as “Nine Lives Are Not Enough” (1941), “Murder in the Big House” (1942), “The Desert Song” (1943), “Destination Tokyo” (1943), “Between Two Worlds” (1944), “The Mask of Dimitrios” (1944), “Hotel Berlin” (1945) and “Nobody Lives Forever” (1946). But in the 50s, she became one of the most visible individuals in the early days of United States television, with her own series “The Faye Emerson Show.” She was married to Elliott Roosevelt, the son of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt from 1944 to 1950. She died in Deià, Mallorca, Islas Baleares, Spain.
