Ethel Shannon (Ethel Shannon)
Actress. Born in Colorado, she began her career as a set extra before signing a contract with a movie studio and made her film debut in “It’s Easy to Make Money” (1919). She appeared in over 30 features to include “Roarin’ Dan” (1920), “The Hero” (1923), “Riders Up” (1924), “The Texas Trail” (1925), “The High Flyer” (1926) and “Through Thick and Thin” (1927). Despite all the good reviews of her as a performer, she left films in 1927, to marry publicist Joe Jackson. She died in Hollywood, California.
