Author and playwright.Born in Knightsbridge, London, England.  Educated at Slade and Heatherly Art School.  Edited Orpheus, a theosophical magazine, and the Golden Hind, a literary magazine.  He married twice.  From his first marriage he had a daughter.  From his second he had two stepsons, both killed in WWII.  He published, edited or collaborated on 42 different works in his lifetime.
