American Actress. Siggins, who was born with a genetic disorder called Sacral Agenisis, will best be remembered for playing the role of Legless Suzi in the fourth season of ‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’, which aired from 2014 to 2015. She was featured in the documentaries ‘Born Different: Unbelievable Medical Conditions’ (2010) and ‘Extraordinary People: The Woman with Half a Body’ (2005). Siggins died after going into kidney stone surgery and contracted an infection that spread throughout her body.
