Leslie Fuller (Leslie Fuller)
Actor. He was a popular comic actor of the interwar years. He began his performing career as a schoolboy minstrel, before joining a troupe of buskers on Brighton (Sussex) beach. He later formed his own troupe, the Ped’lers’, and performed regularly at the Clifton Baths, Margate. He appeared in comedy roles in many movies throughout the 1930’s and 1940’s, including “Kiss Me Sergeant” (1930), “The Stoker” (1935) and “What Do We Do Now?” (1945).
