A veteran of one hundred and fifty films, Evans was a radio announcer for KFI in the 1930s.  During WWII he served as an Army Captain.  After the war he appeared in several Broadway shows.  Actor in 81 films, Evans also appeared in over 30 televisions series/shows. (bio by: TLS)
