Queenie Leonard

British Character Actress and Singer. She was born in London and died in West Los Angeles. She began her career on stage, and debuted on film in 1931. Among her films are “Ladies in Retirement” (1941), “The Uninvited” (1944), “And Then There Were None” (1945), “Cluny Brown” (1946), “Life With Father” (1947), “Thunder on the Hill” (1951), “The Narrow Margin” (1952), “Les Miserables” (1952), “23 Paces to Baker Street” (1956), and “My Fair Lady” (1964). She also provided her voice in “One Hundred and One Dalmatians” (1961) as Princess. She was married to actor Lawrence P. Williams from 1936 to 1947, and with actor Tom Comway from 1958 to 1963.
