Jean-Pierre Cassel (Jean Jean-Pierre Cassel)
Actor. Born Jean-Pierre Crochon in Paris, France. He was a leading man of the 1960s and 1970s who is probably best remembered for his roles in the films “The Three Musketeers” (1973), “The Four Musketeers (1974), and “Murder on the Orient Express” (1974). Some of his other notable films include “The Joker” (1960), “Candide” (1960), “Nothing Ever Happens” (1963), “Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines” (1965), “Is Paris Burning?” (1966), “Oh! What a Lovely War” (1969), “Army in the Shadows” (1969), “Baxter!” (1973) and “Who is Killing the Great Chefs of Europe?” (1978). He was the father of actor Vincent Cassel. (bio by: C.S.)
