William Jerome Cagney

Producer. Born in New York City, he was an almost a dead ringer for his brother actor James Cagney, whom he also managed and produced for. He produced over a dozen films with some being featured with his brother James in the lead role such as “Strawberry Blonde” (1941), “The Bride Came C.O.D.” (1941), “Captain of the Clouds” (1942), “Yankee Doodle Dandy” (1942), “The Time of Your Life” (1948) and “Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye” (1950), which he also appeared in. He died of a heart attack at age 82 in Newport Beach, California.
