Maurice Black (Maurice Black)
Actor. Born in Queens, New York, he began his career on the stage, and made his big screen debut in “Show Folks” (1928), followed by “Marked Money” (1928). Known for his portrayal as a mobster, among his more then ninety film credits are “Little Caesar” (1931), “I Cover the Waterfront” (1933), “The Bride of Frankenstein” (1935), “The Crusaders” (1935) and “Adventure’s End” (1937).
