Sabina Traude Henne-Sesselmann (Sabina Traude Henne-Sesselmann)
Actress. Born in Munich, Germany, she studied acting with Hilde Körber at the Reinhardt-Schule of the Performing Arts. After making her stage debut in 1957 at the Theater Lübeck, she appeared in German movies of the late 1950s and throughout the 1960s. Sesselmann gained international notoriety through her performances in two thrillers based on Edgar Wallace novels, “Das Geheimnis der gelben Narzissen” (1961), “Die Tür mit den sieben Schlössern” (1962).) In 1964 she married Ernst Henne jr., son of race car driver Ernst Henne, and withdrew from the public eye to care for her family. She gave one of her last performances in 1996 in the German crime TV drama “SOKO 5113”. Two years later she died of cancer. (bio by: Frank K.)
