Francine Everett (Francine Everett)
Actress, Singer. She appeared in numerous movies during the late 1930s to the end of the 1940s including, “Keep Punching” “Paradise in Harlem” “Tall,Tan and Terrific” “Big Timers” and “Dirty Gertie from Harlem USA.” She also worked with Sidney Poitier in “No Way Out”, her final film in 1950. Everett appeared in more than fifty short musicial films that featured the most renowned jazz and popular musicians of the 1940s.
